How to cook
For the meatballs, chop the onions and spices very finely. Put them in a bowl, add the mince, egg, salt and black pepper. Cover and leave them for 30 min. Form round meatballs from it, roll them in flour and fry.
In another pan with a little oil, braise the chopped veggies for the beans (onions, pepper, carrot). In the meantime, heat the oven to 392°F (200 °C).
Pour the beans in a tray and add the grated tomato to it. To the braised veggies, add 2 tbsp flour and stir.
Once the flour is braised, add the paprika, salt and spearmint. Gradually pour in a jar of water and stir until thickened. Pour the roux into the beans and stir. Arrange the fried meatballs in the tray as well. Bake at 392°F (200 °C) about 30 min.
