How to cook
Knead a soft dough from the products listed. Leave it to rise and divide it into several parts - 1 large and 7 smaller balls. Roll out each of the small ones into a rectangle, smear with oil and wrap into a roll.
Cut each of the rolls in 2 diagonally. Do this for all of the small balls of dough. Arrange them in a circle in an oiled tray.
Roll out the large ball into a rectangle and cut it into 3 pieces. Wrap them subsequently into a spiral. Place it upright in the middle of the loaf.
