Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla until whitened using a mixer.
Stir (not with a mixer) and pour the mixture into an oiled tray.
Bake in a moderate 356°F (180 °C) oven for 25-30 min. Check to see if it's ready with a toothpick.
Smear the brownie with a glaze made from the heated cream and chocolate, stirred into a smooth mixture. Serve the brownie with walnuts.
