Parboil the livers in boiling water and drain.

In a pan, braise the butter and oil until golden. Add the cut into crescents onions, the roasted peppers and parboiled chicken livers.

Braise lightly and add the dry spices. Season with salt to taste. Cook until the chicken livers are ready.
