Dissolve the baker's yeast in warm milk. To it add oil, sugar and 3 beaten eggs.
Knead a dough, leave it to rise in a warm area. Once it's risen, roll it out into a sheet.
Smear it with oil and wrap into a roll, then cut into pieces. Arrange the pieces of the roll in an oiled tray.
Bake until reddened. After they cool, syrup them with a hot syrup made from the water and sugar.
