In a bowl, put the finely chopped parsley, pressed garlic and the rest of the products, stir well.
Using a teaspoon, pour marinade onto each steak on all sides, try to do so evenly.
Put the steaks away in the fridge for a few hours.
Bake and consume in good company!
Notes: With this marinade I seasoned nearly 4.5 lb (2 kg) of meat. If you don't have white wine you can use red.
