How to cook
Peel the potatoes, wash and dice them.
Grate the carrot and onion and saute them in the oil. Once softened a bit, add water, the potatoes and finely chopped pepper.
Thickening agent: Beat the yolk with the yoghurt and vinegar.
Take the soup off the stove, add 4-5 ladles of it to the thickening agent and stir well.
Pour the prepared thickening agent into the soup and stir again. Leave it to simmer for another 2-3 min.
