"I`ve chosen this wonderful, aromatic and fabulous recipe for lamb from grandma`s old cookbook. Thank you, dear, sweet grandma!"

Ingredients

  • lamb - 4.5 lb (2 kg) meat
  • onions - 1 head
  • green onions - 10 - 15 bunches
  • salt - to taste
  • paprika - 1 tablespoon, sweet
  • cayenne pepper - 1 tsp
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • parsley

How to cook

Cut the lamb meat and boil it about 30 min.

Braise it with the ripe onion, sprinkle with salt and sweet paprika.

Add the chopped green onions and cayenne pepper.

Bake in a hot oven until ready.

Before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
