How to cook
Cool the cheese well and grate it coarsely. Crumble the feta cheese or mash it with a fork.
Mix the feta with the cheese. Beat the eggs, add the flour and milk to them. Stir well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Mix the egg mixture with the grated feta and cheese, season with the black pepper and stir. Melt the butter in a suitable tray.
Pour 1/2 the mixture into the tray and arrange triangles of processed cheese, then pour on the other 1/2 on top and even it out.
Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for 30 min. to obtain a nice crisp. Serve with fresh salad. Tasty!
