How to cook
First peel and grate the apples, squeeze them, add the crumbled walnuts and sprinkle on the cinnamon. Stir well and leave it aside.
Beat the eggs with the sugar and add the baking soda with the flour. Stir very well.
Melt the butter in a tray and mix it with the grated apples, smooth it out and pour in the mixture.
Bake in a moderate oven, then invert the cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
