How to cook
Crumble the biscuits and mix them with the softened butter. Form a layer from the resulting mixture along the bottom and sides of a suitable form.
Cover the cooled layer with the cream and cover the form on all sides with foil. Put it in a tray with hot water that reaches halfway up the form.
Bake the cake 60 min. at 320°F (160 °C), then turn the oven off and open the oven door just slightly. Leave the dessert inside another 60 min. and once cooled completely, put it in the fridge overnight.
