  • biscuits - 7 oz (200 g)
  • butter - 2/5 cup (110 g)
  • cream cheese - 2 1/2 cups (600 g) Philadelphia
  • eggs - 3
  • liquid cream - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • powdered sugar - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • vanilla - 1 tsp, vanilla essence


Crumble the biscuits and mix them with the softened butter. Form a layer from the resulting mixture along the bottom and sides of a suitable form.

Bake 10 min. at 320°F (160 °C) and leave to cool. Mix the beaten cream cheese with the powdered sugar, liquid cream, eggs and vanilla. Beat all the products to obtain a fluffy mixture.

Cover the cooled layer with the cream and cover the form on all sides with foil. Put it in a tray with hot water that reaches halfway up the form.

Bake the cake 60 min. at 320°F (160 °C), then turn the oven off and open the oven door just slightly. Leave the dessert inside another 60 min. and once cooled completely, put it in the fridge overnight.find similar recipes here
