How to cook
Heat the oven to 356°F (180 °C). Beat the butter and sugar with a mixer for a few min., then add the eggs and milk and beat again.
Finally, to the egg mixture, add the premixed together and sifted flour, starch, baking powder and salt. Beat the mixture until you obtain a smooth dough.
Pour it into a buttered oven dish and bake about 40 min. Check to see if it's ready with a toothpick - if it comes out dry, the cake is ready. Optionally, decorate the cake with powdered sugar and a strawberry.
