Clean the chicken, wash it and smear with butter inside and out.
Season with chicken spice mix and a little salt. Chop the potatoes and carrots, salt them and put them with the chicken in a baking bag. Close the bag.
Poke 2-3 holes in the bag and put it in an oiled tray, pour in 1 cup water.
Bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven about 1 hour.
