Ingredients

  • baguettes - 4 small or 2 large
  • chutney - 2/5 cup (100 g) or ketchup
  • cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g) grated
  • vienna sausages - 4, or other sausages
  • green onions - for sprinkling

How to cook

If you have 2 large baguettes, cut them in half to get 4 smaller ones.

Cut off the top part of the baguettes, dig out their insides. Smear the insides with chutney or ketchup.

Put a Vienna sausage in each baguette (use another type of sausage of you don't like Vienna sausages).

Sprinkle with grated cheese in order to completely cover the sausages. Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for 10-15 min. or until the cheese melts and gains a golden color.

Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions and serve.
