How to cook
Arrange the steaks next to each other in a tray, without overlapping them.
In a bowl, mix together the rest of the products and spices. Stir and pour this mixture over the meat.
Put foil on top and return to the fridge for 3 hours to marinate.
Then take the meat out to room temperature for 30 min.
Preheat the oven to 356°F (180 °C). Cover the meat with aluminum foil and put it to bake for 50 min.
Take the tray out, remove the foil and bake another 15-20 min. to a nice crisp.
