Clean and chop the onions finely.
Whip the eggs, remove the crusts from the bread slices.
Soak the bread slices in a little milk, then squeeze with your hands and drain them.
Knead the mince with your hands to mix all the ingredients.
Cover the bowl with foil, put in the fridge for 30 min., take it out, form round meatballs of roughly the same size and leave them for 10 min. at room temperature.
Heat oil in a pan, put flour in a plate and roll the meatballs in it, shake off the excess flour and put them to fry in the pan.
