Butterfly the chicken fillets, wrap each piece in foil and tenderize it to thin it out a bit.
Pour the olive oil in a tray, arrange the fillets and sprinkle each with black pepper and salt.
Grate the cheese on a grater.
Put 1 tsp of mayonnaise over each fillet and sprinkle the cheese on top.
Pour in the broth, put the tray in a preheated oven and bake the meat 25 min.
Serve with green salad.
You can use this same recipe for chicken leg steaks.
