Wash the steaks and leave them to drain out their water.
In a bowl, prepare the marinade by combining and stirring together the olive oil, red wine, freshly squeezed orange juice, all purpose spice and black pepper.
Dip the steaks in the resulting marinade and let them sit in it for about 2 hours.
Oil the grill and heat it up.
Arrange the steaks on it and grill about 15 min., then flip them over to grill on the other side another 10 min. or until you feel they're ready.
