Knead a soft dough. Leave it for 20 min. in a cold area to harden.
Tear up the dough into small balls. Squash each one with a fork to shape it kind of like a shell.
Arrange the treats in a tray laid out with baking paper. Bake them in a preheated oven about 7-8 min.
Take the treats out and cool. Stick them together in pairs using the strawberry jam. Roll them in coconut flakes. Serve.
