  • vegetables - 14 oz (400 g) frozen
  • rice - 1 cup
  • olive oil - 1/5 cup (60 ml) (oil)
  • vegetable broth - 1 cube
  • water - 3 cups, warm
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste


Saute the vegetables with the olive oil. Once they soften, add the rice and braise until it turns transparent.

Pour in the warm water in which you've dissolved the broth, salt and sprinkle with black pepper to taste.

Take the boiled rice and veggies off the stove and smother until they absorb all of the liquid. Serve warm as is or as a garnish.find similar recipes here
