Wash the apples and remove their cores. Arrange them in a Teflon form and sprinkle them with cinnamon. Fill each apple opening with walnuts and pieces of Turkish delight.
Pour a little water in the tray, enough to cover the bottom. Cover it with foil and place in the oven.
Bake at 392°F (200 °C) about 30 min. Then remove the foil and finish baking for a few more min.
