How to cook
Cut the meat and put it in a deep pot with the olive oil on the stove. Braise the meat on all sides until golden. Clean and chop the vegetables.
Add the 2 kinds of onions and carrot to the meat and braise briefly until softened. Add paprika, the tomatoes and tomato paste.
Stir, add salt and black pepper. Add the peppers and garlic. Cook for a few min. and remove from the stove.
Drain the peas and put them in a tray, pour in the meat and veggie mixture to them, stir and season with paprika, a little cayenne pepper and oregano.
Put the tray in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven and cook for 40 min.
