Beat the eggs and sugar with a whisk. Add the flour, baking powder and beat again.
Pour in the milk, oil and beat until homogeneous.
Peel and core the apples. Cut them into small pieces, add them to the mixture and beat again.
Pour the mixture into an oiled form and bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for 40 min. or until your toothpick comes out dry when you poke it.
