Cut the ribs into roughly identical pieces. Put them in a tray and pour the marinade over them. Rub it into the meat well with your hands to season.
Cover the tray with foil and leave in the fridge for a few hours. Once the meat has marinated, remove the foil and pour in the beer. Cover with foil again and put in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven for 1 hour.
After an hour, lower the heat to 356°F (180 °C), remove the foil and bake for another 30 min. to a golden-brown crisp. Serve with a garnish of potatoes, vegetable puree or green salad.
