Knead a soft dough from all the products excluding the seeds. Divide it into 2 parts - 1 slightly larger than the other.
Shape the larger part into a pita and put it in the middle of a well greased tray. Divide the smaller dough piece into 3 parts, 1 will be for decoration.
Shape the other 2 into wicks and twist them. Arrange them around the circumference of the pita. Shape the final piece of dough into grapes, crosses, a sun or whatever you like.
Smear the pita with oil and sprinkle with seeds. Bake in a moderate oven about 40 min. Smear the ready pity with a little butter.
