How to cook
Wash the rice under running water and drain it.
Clean the onions and peppers and chop them finely.
Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the onions and peppers, braise until softened. Add the mince, crumble it to bits and braise until golden.
Add the spices, rice paprika. Stir and fry until the rice turns glassy.
Remove from the stove, pour the mixture into a tray, pour in the broth and stir.
Put the tray in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for about 25 min. until the rice is ready.
