Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water. Drain them and mash them to puree with a fork.
If needed, add 1-2 tbsp flour. Pour the potato mixture into a plastic bag. With scissors, cut off 1 corner and spray out long sticks in a tray. Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven until reddened.
I fried 1/2 the mixture in heated oil. Serve with fresh salad.
