How to cook
Add the baking soda to the yoghurt to activate it. In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients, excluding the flour, and beat with the eggs.
Sift the flour and add it in slowly, while stirring energetically the entire time.
Knead until you obtain a nice, smooth, soft dough. The longer you knead it the better.
It's ready when it doesn't tear or crumble when you pull it. Leave it to rise for about 40 min.
Form balls from the dough and roll them in oil, to prevent them from forming a crust. Let them sit for another 15 min.
Heat oil in a deep pan. Stretch out the dough balls and make holes in the middle. Fry on both sides until golden.
