How to cook
Wash the broccoli under running water and tear it into rosettes. Blanch them in boiling salted water.
Take them out using a slotted spoon and put them in a suitable tray. Distribute the cottage cheese and feta cheese all around them. Season with the black pepper, garlic, nutmeg and more salt if needed.
Pour on the cream, sprinkle with the dill and put in the oven at 440°F (225 °C) for 15 min.
Take it out, sprinkle with the cheese and finish baking another 10 min. to a golden crisp. Bon appetit!
