How to cook
Peel and clean the potatoes and carrots, put them in a pot with cold, salted water.
Boil about 20 min. Separately, boil the eggs in salted water about 10 min. Chop the cooled potatoes finely in a bowl, the carrots and eggs into small cubes.
Finely chop a bunch of green onions and add them to the rest of the ingredients.
Add mayonnaise to taste and salt it if needed. Stir carefully to mix everything well.
