  • pike - 2 fish, 2 lb (1 kg) each
  • flour
  • oil
  • salt


Remove the fine scales or skin the pike if you find that easier.

If you have time, bring water to a boil and pour it over the pikes. That makes it easier to clean because pike skin is really tough. Wash them and cut them into slices.

Salt them and leave them to take it in. Dip each piece in flour and then shake. Fry in heated oil.find similar recipes here
