Preparation

Boil the broccoli in water with the vegetable stock. In a separate pan, prepare a classic Bechamel sauce by frying the flour in the butter and dilute while stirring with the milk.

Add the blue cheese, stir until melted. Puree the broccoli and mix with the sauce.

If necessary, add salt and pepper if desired.
