"A fresh, light and very fruity cake with a chocolate aftertaste."

Ingredients

  • cake layers - 3, ready - made
  • chocolate spread - 1 cup
  • nuts - by choice (I use almonds)
  • bananas - 2
  • grapes
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • starch - 1 packet of fruit flavored
  • coconut flakes
  • cinnamon

How to cook

Cover the first cake layer with the chocolate spread. Arrange uniform, thin, round slices of bananas on top of the layer. Sprinkle the top with crushed nuts.

Place the second layer - soak it with some milk so it's not dry. Meanwhile, boil 2 cups (500 ml) of milk and pour the starch into it. Stir until thickened.

Cover the second layer with the prepared cream. Cut the grapes into two halves each (take out the seeds). Arrange the grapes on the finished second layer.

Place the final cake layer on, soak it with a bit of milk. Cover it and the sides with the cream. Wait 5 minutes and decorate it with the banana slices and grapes. Sprinkle the cake with coconut flakes and a little cinnamon. Hope you enjoy it :)
