How to cook
Dice the meat and braise it. Add the chopped into crescents onions and the roundly sliced carrots.
Pour in a little water and leave them to saute and soften. Then add the tomato paste, flour, paprika and the rest of the spices. Pour in a little water and add in the tomatoes.
Leave the dish to simmer another 10 min. and take it off the stove. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
