Boil the potatoes with their peels for 20 min. Cool and peel them, dice and salt them.
Add the drained peas and diced pickles to them. Stir the potatoes with the mayo and 2-3 tbsp sour cream.
Pour the potato salad in a salad bowl. Decorate as desired. I made a tree with squirrels and mushrooms under it.
For the tree trunk use olive paste and finely chopped parsley for the leaves.
For the squirrels, cut large brown olives and use them to form their bodies. For the mushrooms - a little cheese and a red pepper. For the flowers - sweet corn.
