Put the milk with the yeast in a deep container. Add the sugar to them. Stir well to dissolve the yeast itself.
Once dissolved, add the flour, mixed with the salt, little by little.
Start kneading a dough. Once it's ready, leave it to rise.
Form a ball, make a small well in the middle of it.
Chop the cheese into pieces. Before you put it in the well, add a little butter to the dough and then add it.
Arrange the pide in a tray and bake in the oven until ready.
