  • mince - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • onions - 1 - 2 heads
  • eggs - 1
  • caul fat
  • oil - 2 tbsp


Peel and chop the onions.

Put them in a blender and blend.

Add the mince to it and break in the egg.

Knead. Shape 6 patties from the mince.

Cut the caul fat into 6 pieces and wrap each patty in one.

Heat a grill pan, pour in oil and grill the Pljeskavica patties on both sides.
