Wash the zucchini and cut them in 2 lengthwise. If they're too large you can quarter them. Dig out the insides and sprinkle with salt and white pepper.
Smear a suitable baking tray with butter. Arrange the zucchini with their openings facing up, place their insides between them.
Fill the zucchini with the corn. Chop the bacon finely and distribute it on top of the corn. Put the tray in a preheated oven and bake. Halfway through baking, pour on the cream.
Bake until the sauce begins to thicken. Before taking them out, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake until it melts.
