Chop the cabbage finely - you can use a grater. Wash the carrots very well and grate them. Grate the tomatoes coarsely.
Mix all the products well and put them in a pressure cooker. Add the paprika and oil.
Pour in 1 cup water only because the cabbage releases its own juice.
Follow the instructions for cooking in your pressure cooker and lower the heat once it reaches boiling point. Boil 20 min. from that point on.
Serve the cabbage warm, sprinkled with parsley.
