  • potatoes - 3.5 lb (1.5 kg)
  • mozzarella - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • oil - 1/5 cup (65 ml)
  • pickles - 4, medium
  • sour cream - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • dill - 2 tablespoons
  • salt - to taste


Boil the potatoes. Then wait for them to cool and peel. Cut them into pieces as desired.

Put them in the container in which you intend to bake. Chop the pickles into small cubes and add them to the potatoes.

Season with dill and salt. Stir the sour cream with the oil. Dice the mozzarella or cut it into slices. Pour them into the potatoes and stir well.

Put to bake in a 392°F (200 °C) oven for 15-20 min.

If using a glass cook pot, put it in a cold oven and then turn it on, to prevent the glass from cracking.
