How to cook
Knead a nice, smooth, stretchy dough from the products listed, leave it to rise. Once it's ready, shape it into boats as follows:
Roll out a large sheet, about 1/2″ (1 cm) thick. Using a pizza knife, cut out small or large boats, depending how you like them. From the rest of the dough, cut out wide strips, twist them and lay them out along the perimeter of each boat.
In a pan, saute the onions, braise the mince, while adding finely chopped pickles at the end. Fill the boats with this filling. Smear them with beaten yolk along the edges and bake in a preheated oven.
Once they're almost ready, take them out and sprinkle with grated cheese. Return to the oven until the cheese melts slightly.
