How to cook
Heat some olive oil in a pan, add the buckwheat and stir it. Cover with water and stir gently until the buckwheat boils. Then let it cool, season with a little salt.
Finely chop the cleaned peppers and radishes. Clean the tomatoes, remove their seeds and cut them into small pieces. Mix the vegetables with the buckwheat.
Season the salad with salt, olive oil and a little lemon juice. Add the diced feta cheese and sprinkle with a little optional sesame seeds.
