Ingredients

  • beetroots - 14 oz (400 g) (red)
  • oil - 5 tablespoons (olive oil)
  • garlic - 10 cloves
  • paprika - to taste
  • salt - to taste

Preparation

Clean and chop the beetroots into pieces. Put them in clean water to boil for 10 min. Change out the water with salted water and boil until softened.

Take the boiled beetroots out and arrange in a plate.

In the water left over, boil the garlic cloves with the paprika, pour this over the beetroots.
