Clean the pork fillet of the membranes and cut it into elongated pieces.
Salt them, roll them in the flour and fry in the heated oil.
Chop the onions finely and saute them in the heated butter. Add the finely chopped pickles and mushrooms.
Once the vegetables soften a bit, remove the container from the stove and add the fried meat, cream and cumin.
Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake in a moderate oven until crispy.
