  • rabbit - 3.5 lb (1.5 kg) meat
  • onions - 2 small heads
  • rice - 1 cup
  • oil
  • spearmint - dry
  • black pepper
  • salt


Cut the rabbit into portions, put them to boil with a little salt but do not cook fully.

Braise the onions and rice in the oven. Pour in a little of the broth from the rabbit and some more water - ratio needs to be 1 cup rice : 4 cups water.
