How to cook
Crumble the butter biscuits in a tray or cake ring. Melt the butter on the stove and pour it over the biscuits. Stir and smooth it out, to obtain something like a layer.
Peel the bananas and cut them into round slices. Arrange them over the layer in such a way as to cover all of it.
Mix together the eggs, flour, sugar, stir well. Grate the 2 apples and add them to the mixture.
Stir it well and pour it over the layer with the banana slices on top of it. Put to bake in a 356°F (180 °C) oven until reddened.
Once it's ready, take it out and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
