How to cook
Smear the tortillas with a little yogurt, mixed with a few tablespoons of olive oil.
In each tortilla, distribute a leaf of Iceberg lettuce, a thin slice of turkey fillet and chunks of peppers, tomatoes and cheese.
Wrap the tortillas up and arrange them on a plate. Serve them after you've cut them 2-3 times along their length and pinned them with a toothpick to prevent them from falling apart. These healthy tortillas are perfect for unexpected guests.
