How to cook
Beat the butter with the sugar and add the eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix well and add the sifted flour with baking soda, baking powder and salt. Once the mixture is homogenized, mix it with the oats, raisins, cinnamon and lemon rind.
Pour the sweet oat mixture into a tray covered with baking paper with a spoon, leaving space between each. Put them to bake for about 10 minutes in a preheated 360°F (180°C) oven.
