How to cook
Cut the meat into coarse pieces.
Stir together all the remaining products into a homogeneous mixture, then combine with the meat pieces.
Leave the meat in the marinade in the fridge for several hours, then bake in a glass cook pot with the marinade and the water with the lid closed.
Put the pot in a cold oven. Bake the meat for 50-60 min. at 392°F (200 °C). Take the lid off 5-6 min. before taking the pot out to obtain a crispy crust.
Serve with lemon slices.
